Chilli Infused Olive Oil

Infused with Chilli, this Olive Oil initially retains the flavour of the olive but finishes on the palate with a subtle after burn. For those dedicated Chilli-holics this will go in, over and with everything! Infused with dried Australian chilli’s, the colour alone will be enough to get you excited!

How to use: A swirl on top of a cream of roast capsicum soup, or a bowl of pasta will lift the ordinary to the extraordinary.
