Our Talinga Grove Dukkah is a fantastic twist on traditional dips and condiments, but at Talinga Grove we scatter it on practically every dish imaginable! Adored by many of our customers, we hand make our dukkah in small batches, carefully roasting, grinding and blending ensuring it is fresh and crunchy! We are very proud to use local Langhorne Creek almonds as our dukkah base.
How to use: Try it the traditional way by dipping fresh bread into our Talinga Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then into the Dukkah mix for a wonderful appetiser. Dukkah can also be used as a coating for fresh fish or chicken, baked to give a wonderful golden crusty finish with a unique flavour, or sprinkled on top of casseroles or salads for a little extra crunch.
