THE GROVE
Talinga Grove is a fully functioning olive grove, with trees between 10-13 years old. There are four seasons at Talinga Grove:
The varieties in the Grove which we use in our exqusite extra virgin olive oils & olives are:
- Corregiola/Frantoio
- Leccino
- Picuale
- Kalamata
Our grove has had a few hard years with drought being the major factor, but our trees still continue to produce fantastic quality fruit, which is showcased in every bottle of TG EVOO.
